Job Summary
The CMC Forming Process Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers that are responsible for supporting the composite layup and thermal operations that are used to support the manufacturing of Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC’s) in Asheville, NC.
Drive goals in support of plant priorities, coach team members in problem solving and standard work, and serve as focal point for all technical & business entities related to objectives.

Ability to support 24x7 manufacturing facility
