Job Summary

  • The CMC Forming Process Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers that are responsible for supporting the composite layup and thermal operations that are used to support the manufacturing of Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC’s) in Asheville, NC.
  • Drive goals in support of plant priorities, coach team members in problem solving and standard work, and serve as focal point for all technical & business entities related to objectives.
