  • The Engine Shop Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of maintenance operations within one of the Turbine Engine Shops.
  • This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of CHI fleet and customer aircraft engines while meeting production, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required
  • Minimum 6 years turbine engine maintenance experience
  • Certified per FAR Part 65 with maintenance release eligibility
  • Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements as a U.S. Person
  • High school diploma or equivalent; aviation coursework preferred
