Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID proficiency
Active Directory and network troubleshooting skills
Hardware imaging and break/fix support
Strong Danish and English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in validated or regulated environments
Knowledge of automation and AI-driven resolutions
ITIL certification or service management knowledge
Ability to create Knowledge Base articles
Collaborative team player with customer focus
Key Requirements
Technician or Bachelor's degree in IT
3+ years experience in PC management and deskside support
