Crunchyroll is seeking a Director of Content Operations for its Seoul office to lead the ratings and compliance strategy for its content in Korea. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content rating, team leadership, and a deep understanding of local regulations

Job Summary

  • As the Director of Content Ratings, Korea, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of Crunchyroll’s ratings and compliance operations in Korea.
  • This role is both a strategic and operational leader, responsible for setting regional direction, managing a team of ratings and metadata professionals, and representing Crunchyroll with external regulatory bodies such as the KMRB.
  • The Content Ratings team is responsible for ensuring that all content on the Crunchyroll platform adheres to our internal standards and complies with any legal/regulatory requirements in the countries where we operate.
