Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
8 years experience in regulated manufacturing
Experience supporting repair programs
Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
Ability to execute process change controls
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement experience
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with vendor-supplied repairs
