Job Summary

  • As a Financial Analyst you’ll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis, draft Offering Memorandums, and provide other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services.
  • You will underwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and Excel.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years in commercial real estate underwriting and modelling experience
  • Knowledge in ARGUS
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
  • Ability to manage multiple live deals
