Job Summary
Provide 7x24 level 2-3 global support with follow-the-sun rotation model for Air Products computing platforms with the focus on the server environment.
Support activities for servers worldwide and in the AWS cloud which includes monthly security patching and handling incidents.
Comply with all AP ITIL Service Level Management objectives including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management to ensure the delivery of serve services per agreed service level and operational expectations.
