Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving between beds and wheelchairs while ensuring safety.
