Care Partners are responsible for providing assistance to staff and patients, helping to create a safe and supportive environment.
Provides direct age-appropriate care to patients under the supervision of the RN. Assists with activities of daily living, performs EKG’s and finger stick blood sugars and bladder scans.
Supports relationship-based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, family, and co-workers and promoting a safe, caring, and healing environment.
