Responsible for ensuring the lot is properly organized and adequately staffed for each sale for efficient and effective function of the entire lot in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Develop and train all employees within the Department by company standards and guidelines and ensure the lot is properly staffed at all times.
Assure good operating condition of all equipment and ensure all lot conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety.
