Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years project management experience
Bachelor or Master in Engineering
English negotiation level proficiency
EVM EAC and delta analysis skills
Configuration control and change management
Nice-to-have
PMP or AIRBUS SILVER certificate
Experience with OCCAR and Spanish Army
Knowledge of government clients INTA/DGAM
Additional language skills beyond English
Conflict management and negotiation capacity
Key Requirements
At least 5 years successful project management experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Aeronautics Engineering or similar
PMP certificate or AIRBUS Program Management SILVER certificate preferred
English at negotiation level required
Understanding of government agencies like INTA/DGAM appreciated
