  • This is a player–coach leadership role, carrying accountability as functional and technical lead for the GTM Mumbai CRM team, while also performing advanced business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
  • The role plays a critical part in enabling Russell Investments’ global go-to-market strategy by ensuring CRM systems, data integrity, and sales technology capabilities effectively support commercial growth, client engagement, and operational scale.
