  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of deployed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets by identifying, investigating, and preventing field issues.
  • Serve as the frontline quality owner in the field, focusing on identifying systemic quality issues, conducting structured investigations, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • This role plays a critical part in reducing repeat failures, improving fleet reliability, and feeding real world learnings back into engineering, suppliers, and operational processes.
