Job Summary

  • This role will develop a deep understanding of the business unit's operational model and needs, collaborate with the business team to jointly develop business plans and financial objectives, provide financial solutions, and monitor business performance to ensure the successful achievement of targets.
  • Key responsibilities include budgeting, sales/price analysis, sales performance tracking, financial support for business strategies, sales KPI management, pricing strategy and discount monitoring, and key account/regional business insights.
  • The position requires 8-10 years of finance working experience, with at least 3 years in sales analysis and business analysis in manufacturing companies, and fluency in English.
