Key Requirements

  • Experience with independent agents and multi-state distribution
  • Proven track record in agency sales leadership
  • Experience in P&C industry leadership (10+ years preferred)
  • Experience hiring and managing associates (8+ years preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Compliance with GEICO driving standards
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
