Job Summary

  • As a client-facing subject matter expert in ERISA, you will provide comprehensive governance to qualified plan sponsors, developing and delivering analytics, authoring custom reports, and presenting findings to clients.
  • Your role includes advising clients on compliance, plan design, and administration, interpreting complex legal and regulatory information, and managing projects to ensure optimal retirement plan administration and compliance.
  • The position requires continuous monitoring and interpretation of changes in ERISA legislation to help clients adapt and maintain plan-level compliance, while also coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, math, business, or related field
  • 3+ years ERISA and defined contribution plan experience
  • Proficiency in Word, MS-Excel, and PowerPoint
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 66 licenses preferred
  • QKA designation preferred
