Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years electrical cable assembly experience
  • Experience with avionics equipment troubleshooting
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Proficiency with TDRs and oscilloscopes
  • Strong verbal communication for team leadership

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of QMS for root cause analysis
  • Experience teaching multiple aircraft platforms
  • Ability to deliver information in group settings

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of airline or MRO modification experience
  • 5+ years of Avionics equipment experience
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen/PR) per export control
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
