Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-3 years corporate IT support experience
  • Proficiency in Freshservice or similar ITSM tools
  • Experience with Windows and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile device management technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on networking troubleshooting experience
  • Linux environment support experience
