Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Instrumentation and control equipment maintenance
Calibration of pH, ORP, pressure, and temperature sensors
Troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems
Knowledge of 4-20 mADC control circuits
Understanding of PID control loop tuning
Safety compliance with TCPA and DPCC regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience with industrial HVAC systems
Familiarity with fume hood face velocity
Proficiency with calipers for measurements
Ability to develop preventative maintenance procedures
Key Requirements
H.S Diploma or Equivalent
Understanding of instrumentation calibration and documentation
General knowledge of electrical low voltage systems
