The role provides technical leadership for cybersecurity assurance on the complex NEOM Green Hydrogen Project involving solar, wind, and battery storage systems.
The incumbent must ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations including NCA, HCIS, and SAIS throughout the project lifecycle from design to handover.
This position requires leading a team of engineers to govern cyber risk assessments, network architectures, and secure remote access for critical industrial infrastructure.

Must-have
OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in power projects
Knowledge of NCA, HCIS, SAIS regulations
Leadership of cybersecurity engineering teams
SCADA, DCS, PLC, and IEC 61850 protocols

Commissioning and startup cybersecurity validation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems)
15 to 20 years overall experience with 7+ years in OT/ICS environments
Proven implementation of ISA/IEC 62443 or similar standards
OT/ICS cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 or SANS
Ability to work rotation schedule in Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia
