Key Requirements
Associate's degree or higher
Experience managing PG/sales teams (10+ employees)
Sales responsibility experience
Experience with dairy shops is a plus
Equivalent experience in PG/Activation Supervisor, Trade Marketing Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, Sales Business Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, Sale Team Leader in dairy/FMCG/consumer industry
Ability to manage and train large teams
Ability to go to the field and withstand high work pressure
Proficient Excel skills for reporting and analysis
