Job Summary

  • This leader will establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting for both inline and late stage products, revenue outlook, KPI design, performance measurement, and insights delivery across regions, brands, and channels.
  • The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, Sales Operations, and country/region leadership to drive planning excellence, ensure forecast accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of forecasting and performance tools (planning platforms, BI dashboards, AI innovation) and define COE requirements for data quality, data pipelines, and master data.
