Job Summary

  • Gain experience in construction management of multi-family apartment communities through hands-on exposure to new construction, capital projects, or construction support services.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Subcontractors, Lead Engineers, and Architects to understand project roles and learn real-time coordination of changes and RFIs.
  • Participate in a Summer Learning Series led by AvalonBay Construction leaders, learn about safety culture, and gain exposure to a growing industry with opportunities for advancement.
