Job Summary
Your mission will be to plan, oversee, and execute high-impact digital initiatives, ensuring process standardization, improved user experience, and the successful implementation of new solutions for the different business teams.
Increase engagement and proper usage of key digital tools (CRM, UVE, Power BI, commercial systems…), improve usability and user experience (UX) of digital platforms, identifying functional improvements and proposing evolutions.
Coordinate multifunctional and regional teams, align business and technology to ensure success of digital initiatives, and communicate progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
