The Deputy Site Manager will support the on-site execution of hydro turbine and generator projects, including EHS planning, execution strategy, scheduling, cost tracking, and site resource planning.
Responsibilities include managing scope by planning, organizing, and supervising the field team, interacting with the project planner for resource-loaded schedules, and managing incurred and projected costs.
The role requires managing site documentation (quality, EHS, reports, financials) and actively participating in design processes and lessons learned.
