• The Lead Data Engineer will support and enhance the PATH NC child welfare data ecosystem, ensuring a stable, secure, and user-centered data platform that integrates Salesforce, MuleSoft, Power BI, Synapse, and mainframe data sources.
• This role leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable data pipelines, models, and integrations that maintain system reliability, meet defined data-quality standards, and uphold strong security and governance practices.
• Success in this role requires clear communication, leadership, and long-term strategic planning to keep the data platform accurate, accessible, sustainable, and effective for frontline staff serving children and families.

Base: $91,600.00 - $160,299.00; Recruitment Range: $92,000.00 - $131,000.00; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
