Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Valid Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification Card within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license with automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle
  • CPI certification within six months
  • Preferred two years law enforcement, military or private security experience
  • Preferred IAHSS Basic Healthcare Security Officer certification within twelve months
