Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications commonly used in the facility while following established nursing standards and facility policies.
You will participate in quality assurance programs, cooperate with facility surveys, and maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
