  • This role will lead the day-to-day Variable Compensation activities at our Pune, India site.
  • Develop a high performing team of Variable Compensation analysts and oversee timely delivery of validations and SOX controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, document, and resolve root causes of issues and implement preventive measures.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Variable Compensation or related finance/compensation
  • 3+ years managerial/leadership experience
  • 3+ years leading dotted-line reporting team
  • 3+ years experience adhering to SLAs
  • 2+ years experience with SOX level controls
  • Experience with SPM systems (Xactly, Varicent)
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Experience with Salesforce
