Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a culturally grounded First Nations worker to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16–25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, disconnection or complex life challenges.
  • You’ll be a trusted mentor, advocate and cultural guide — helping young people strengthen identity, build belonging and navigate housing, wellbeing, education, justice and healing pathways.

Key Requirements

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
  • Driver’s licence, WWCC/Working With Vulnerable People
  • Cert IV or higher in Community Services/Youth Work (or willingness to obtain)
