The Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist is a health care professional who uses high-technology equipment at the direction of a qualified physician to assist with invasive procedures on patients leading to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac, neurological, and peripheral vascular disease.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree in radiologic sciences
24-month AMA-approved radiographic technologist program
ARRT, RT (R) or RCIS registration
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
ACLS within 3 months of hire
Current State of Wisconsin license as radiographer
