Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
3-5 years in quality and environmental management systems
Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards
Leadership experience in quality functions and teams
Advanced knowledge of SPC and quality tools
Familiarity with environmental management requirements
German and English proficiency
Preferred certifications in APQP, FMEA, 8D, internal auditing
