• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our retirement programs while ensuring a seamless experience for our team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for SSP’s 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulatory requirements.

Base: $120,000 – $134,000 / year; Bonus/Equity: bonus eligible; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Plans, Paid Time Off, 401K with company match, Employee Assistance Program

• 5+ years HR or Benefits experience
