Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for preparing and submitting form, rate, and/or rule filings to state insurance departments and regulatory authorities through SERFF.
  • The position plays a critical role in bringing new and revised personal lines insurance products to market while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Experience managing multiple product filings and competing priorities
  • Experience monitoring filing status and providing timely notification of objections and approvals
  • Experience ensuring responses to objections adequately address regulatory concerns
  • Experience communicating with regulators and internal business representatives
  • Experience in property and casualty, Accident & Health, Warranty or Personal Lines
