Job Summary

• Night Replenishment Managers are members of the store leadership team and oversee freight handling activities, supervising the freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes.
• NRMs communicate priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and freight is moving smoothly throughout the store, while also teaching, coaching, and training associates on policies and procedures and ensuring safe working practices.
• This position involves performing Closing and MOD tasking, conducting hand-off walks, validating daily store priorities, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
