Key Requirements
More than 8 years of consulting experience
Significant years of experience in HR Transformation
Hands-on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects
Deep expertise in at least one or more core HR areas
Project Management of large HR Transformation engagements
Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model
