  • Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
  • This position requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with no clinical involvement.
