Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate the engineering team responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment for the Toluca 1 Data Center, ensuring continuity of operation in a mission-critical site.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage change control processes, and coordinate maintenance services executed by specialized providers.
  • Prepare and track CAPEX plans for asset replacement, lead improvement initiatives for energy reduction and sustainability, and maintain close communication with the client to report operational risks and progress.
