Job Summary
The SAP Basis Lead is responsible for the technical integrity, reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise SAP ecosystem across cloud (RISE PCE, BTP) and other platforms.
Partner with SAP Security and Cybersecurity teams to implement hardening, cybersecurity notes, and best-practice security controls.

Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience
Experience leading SAP operations across hybrid landscapes
Experience managing multi-vendor/offshore teams
Experience executing within Agile/SAFe delivery models
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., Pharma/GxP)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
