Thrive Tribe is seeking an Outreach Officer to enhance community engagement and promote health and well-being programs in East Sussex. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for empowering individuals to make positive lifestyle changes within their communities

Job Summary

  • This role will consist of working with communities across East Sussex, ensuring strong partnership working and delivery of overall One You East Sussex targets.
  • The post will involve a significant amount of work within East Sussex, out & about in the community, including some evenings and weekend work.
