Job Summary
Assist in planning and conducting individual, small group, and large group activities to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
Encourage resident participation in activities, hobbies, crafts, games, and social programs, and provide in-room activities for residents who are bed-bound.
Support communication between staff, residents, families, and community organizations, and assist with resident assessments and care plans.
