Job Summary

• Mountain Home Montana is seeking a full-time Residential Shift Lead to support the daily functioning of the Residential Program by providing consistent on-shift leadership, coordination, accountability, and real-time support.
• The role helps maintain steady, predictable operations, supports staff through guidance and problem-solving, and promotes a calm, trauma-informed environment for residents and children.

Key Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in social work, psychology, human services
• 4+ years of experience with trauma-affected populations
• Working knowledge of ACEs and Trauma-Informed Care
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
