This role manages dietary staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The position involves conducting nutritional assessments, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and promoting quality food service.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
