Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while ensuring they remain clean, dry, and comfortable.
  • Staff are required to observe and report changes in resident condition, including skin breakdown, injuries, or behavioral changes, to the nursing supervisors immediately.
