  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will be focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out installation, emergency repair, preventive maintenance, performing retrofits and upgrades on Alcon surgical equipment, maximizing customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of service.
