Job Summary
The North Carolina Department of Commerce is the state's lead agency for economic, community and workforce development, working to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for all North Carolinians.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide information, guidance and assistance to customers seeking employment and employers seeking workers through programs administrated by the Department of Commerce/Division of Workforce Solutions.
