Job Summary

  • The CEP Supervisor leads the day-to-day execution and future development of the Career Enrichment Program (CEP), ensuring the program supports both employee development and the factory’s long-term workforce needs.
  • This role will evolve CEP from a primarily administrative program into a strategic workforce development function that proactively partners with factory leadership to anticipate skill demands and develop the workforce required to meet future production needs.
