Salary
Base: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentives, stock options, and discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid parental leave, and vacation

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years experience OR Advanced degree plus 3+ years
Experience in engineering, purchasing, or contract negotiation
Must be US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR
Onsite presence required in Hawthorne, CA
Knowledge of aerospace/high volume manufacturing preferred
