Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities and assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires maintaining a clean and orderly Activity Department and assisting with documentation and quality assurance as assigned.
