Oversee and be responsible for all the employees at your shop: onboarding, hiring, training, coaching and corrective action, terminations etc.

Key Requirements

Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
Desire to become an Operator
Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
Complete mandatory training and tests
Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR
